The Lord already knows what we are going to say as we pray. It becomes our task as servants to know His will, so that He might be glorified in our petitions. As we humble ourselves at the throne of grace, we recognize that we have no right to come into His presence. This honor was purchased by the blood of His Son. Jesus is there to intercede on our behalf because we are so unworthy to approach Him. Yet, out of His love and mercy, we are able to come before Him and have the most intimate of relations
